Balilihan bares its town news and updates

Balilihan mayor Pureza Chatto (left)  presents a simple gift to a job order worker (right) as a way to appreciate the efforts of the job order workers of the town. Workers from the Ecological Solid Waste Management, Parks and Plaza,   Waterworks and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management received gifts from the local government unit (LGU) of Balilihan.

Balilihan Mayor Pureza Chatto stands in front of a statue of Dr. Jose Rizal. She leads the town’s commemoration of Rizal Day on Dec. 30, 2020. Dr. Rizal is widely considered as one of the country’s national heroes. Filipinos remember his exploits that pave the way towards the country’s independence from colonial rule.
