Panglao releases info on its events

Teachers, volunteers spend time in a beautification activity in Panglao
Public school teachers, educators from Cristal e-College and several volunteers feel fulfilled in the new year after they participated in a beautification activity along the boulevard going to the Bohol Panglao International Airport, which is an activity conceptualized by Mayor Leonila Montero.

The activity took place on Dec. 29, 2020, according to a report from the Municipality of Panglao.
The activity saw the participants planting bougainvilleas as part of the preparation for the expected arrival of tourists in the town by way of the international airport.
Moreover, Councilor Noel Hormachuelos, chairman of the environment committee of the Sangguniang Bayan of Panglao, led the volunteers from the said government office during the activity. 

Some members of the Municipal Engineering Office, and the Department of Parks and Plaza assisted the volunteers, the report adds.
