Anti-drug ops in Calape yield P37K of suspected shabu

An anti-drug operation in Calape town yields P37,000 worth of suspected shabu, a police report provided to The Bohol Tribune bares.
The anti-drug operation took place in sitio Lawis, barangay San Isidro, Calape town on Jan. 7, 2021, the same report adds.
The police said they arrested the suspect identified as Delmar Cuya, 29, a resident of the said barangay. He was arrested following the sting operation.
Police set up the sting operation where an undercover police posed as a buyer and bought suspected shabu from the suspect.
The total weight of the seized suspected shabu is pegged at 5.5 grams. The piece of evidence against the suspect was submitted by authorities to the Philippine National Police crime laboratory based in Camp Francisco Dagohoy in Tagbilaran City for testing and verification.
The suspect now faces charges of violation of the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
