Bohol tourism stakeholders set to launch ‘Balik sa Bohol’ program

The tourism stakeholders in Bohol are set to launch the ‘Balik sa Bohol’ program by inviting the media in a virtual meeting.

The virtual meeting is set on February 10, 2021 based on the information provided by the Marketing Communications team of Bluewater Resort Panglao to The Bohol Tribune.

The ‘Balik sa Bohol’ program features an online sale on tourism accommodation and packages up to 70%.

This tourism program aims to boost interest among free and independent travelers (FIT) to visit Bohol.

The province already loosened the arrival protocols for FIT wishing to enter Bohol.

FITs may enter Bohol and stay within the travel bubble if they are able to secure a negative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test taken 72 hours prior to arrival here in the province.

Gov. Arthur Yap has, time and again, emphasized the need to jumpstart the economy via the re-start of the tourism industry, which is one of the leading economic drivers of the province.
