CAAP taps Richli as operations and maintenance service provider for BPIA’s external water supply

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) taps Richli Water Corporation (RWC) as the entity that will provide the operation and maintenance services for the external water supply of the Bohol Panglao International Airport (BPIA).

The fast-growing water utility in Bohol is able to seal the deal after signing a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the CAAP.

RWC’s president Ralph Lim and CAAP’s Rafael Tatlonghari signed the MOA and the service contract, copies of which were provided to The Bohol Tribune.

Under the agreement, RWC will operate and maintain the CAAP’s external water supply system at the BPIA consisting of a pumping station, and transmission pipeline.

RWC shall supply potable water to CAAP pumping station located in Dauis town.

The RWC is also tasked to maintain the boosting water facilities of CAAP.

Moreover, RWC provides the labor force needed for the performance of its tasks.

The water company is also responsible in notifying CAAP for a need to overhaul the major equipment that the former thinks are necessary subject to the confirmation of the latter.
