Ashira Properties Development Corporation (APDC) unveils its new project manager, a press release from the company says.
The same press release bared that Adam Dave A. Moscosa joins APDC’s family as the new project manager.
Moscosa officially joined APDC after signing his employment contract on Jan. 25, 2021.
He is tasked to oversee some of the projects of APDC, according to the press release.
The real estate company is aggressively pursuing projects this year even with the pandemic.
According to the information coming from APDC, Moscosa is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology in Indiana Aerospace University (IAU) in Lapu Lapu City, Cebu. He worked in an airline company for quite some time and decided to put up his own business during the pandemic. He has also attended business management crash programs for professional growth in preparation for some managerial positions offered to him.
He is a native of Poblacion, Panglao and is the only son of Teodoro G. Moscosa and Elena A. Moscosa.
For his part, Moscosa expressed his gratitude to APDC for welcoming him into the fold.
