Richli Water opens its new full-service office in barangay Catarman in Dauis to better serve its customers in the said town including Panglao town. 
This was disclosed by Richli Water’s Vice President for Communications Elmer Lim in a radio interview over NEWSMAKERS on Friday, Jan. 29, 2021, hosted by the mother and son tandem of Ardy and Chandymar Araneta-Batoy.
The office is located near the company’s water tank in barangay Catarman, Dauis, Bohol. 
It is not just a satellite office but a full-service office designed to cater to every need of the existing customers and to serve those who wish to become a Richli Water subscriber.
Lim also disclosed the telephone number of the Catarman office which is 0995-1051819. The Catarman office is open from Monday to Saturday.
In the interview, Lim said that the Catarman office enables the company to respond sooner to queries, repairs and complaints of customers based in Panglao Island.
Meanwhile, Richli Water is given a notice to proceed to supply the Bohol Panglao International Airport (BPIA) with potable water.
The notice to proceed was signed by Atty. Rafael Tatlonghari, Head of the Procuring Entity (HOPE), a copy of which was provided to The Bohol Tribune.
It can be recalled in last week’s issue that Richli Water is tapped by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAAP) of the Philippines to be the water supplier and maintenance contractor for the water system at the BPIA.
Currently the President of the Corporation is Mr. Ralph Lim.
