WATER IS LIFE. The image shows the water desalination plant located in Pamilacan Island in Baclayon town. The local government unit (LGU) of Baclayon under the baton of Mayor Benny Uy is thanking Gov. Arthur Yap and the provincial government for providing the water desalination facility with solar panel roof cover in the said island. This is the second island in Bohol with a desalination plant providing fresh water for island residents.
