The total number of active Coronavirus disease (Covid) cases in Bohol reach 84, based on a report released by the Provincial Government of Bohol.
The latest report on active Covid cases here was released at 9am on Monday, Feb. 8, 2021.
The new active cases are two residents from Ubay, the report adds.
There are 64 total active local transmission cases in Bohol, the same report bared.
Moreover, majority of the local transmission cases in Bohol are in Dauis and in Ubay. There are 27 local transmission cases in Dauis, while there are 14 active local transmission cases in Ubay.
Meanwhile, the total Covid-related deaths is now at 19. According to Dr. Tomas Cesar Lopez, spokesperson of the Bohol Inter Agency Task Force, said the latest fatality is a from Alicia who expired in the Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital (GCGMH).
