Third district Rep. Kristine Alexie Tutor delivers message right after the groundbreaking ceremony of the P25 million gymnasium that will soon be built inside the compound of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in barangay Sawang, Guindulman. The project also includes the construction of a motorpool and a drainage system. The gymnasium, aside from its being a socio-cultural and sports venue, may also be used as an evacuation center during times of calamity, the solon said. Contributed photo
