According to Marjorie Gallegos, manager of Mang Inasal at Lesage street, the restaurant is offering the creamy halo-halo treat for only P45. This is also true with the Mang Inasal at Remolador St. branch.
In a telephone interview, she said that patrons are looking for delightful and sweet ways to beat the heat now that summer is fast approaching.
