Panglao mayor Leonila Montero (extreme left) leads key officials of the Municipality of Panglao as they visit Balicasag island to have a meeting with the islanders. Montero gathers the food vendors operating in Balicasag Island. She introduced the proposed way of selling food to guests and visitors, adopting the food-court style. With this method, vendors will sell food at stations or food stalls, and diners with a common dining area.
