The office of Cong. Edgar Chatto supports the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) in the distribution of assistance to coconut farmers in Loon under the Social Amelioration Program. About 370 beneficiaries each received P3,000 cash, 1 1/2 tray of eggs, 2 whole chickens and 25 kilos of rice under the said program.
