This took place last March 16, 2021 via videoconferencing. The participants (photo 3) undergo workshops and activities for this particular module that focuses on Deepening Leadership in Managing Change that is being spearheaded by the Siliman University Monitoring Team. teamINABANGA (photo 4) which completed the Module 3 on March 19, 2021 is one of only select municipalities undergoing the leadership course crafted by Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) and implemented by Siliman University in collaboration with the DOH.
