Cong. Edgar Chatto (standing, facing audience) facilitates the release of funds to assist low-income families whose livelihood activities were affected by the Coronavirus disease (Covid) pandemic. The solon graced payout for beneficiaries in Loon together with Mayor Elvi Relampagos.
