Second district Rep. Erico Aristotle Aumentado delivers his address during the groundbreaking ceremony of the road concreting project of San Miguel-Bayongan- Bulilis-Mabuhay, Ubay road. The project is a 2-lane road with 7.124 kilometers in length. The road will feature solar street lights. The solon said the project has a budget of P240 million that is included in the General Appropriations Act of 2021. The groundbreaking took place on March 12, 2021. Contributed photo
