A worker installs a solar panel that will provide power to the house of Samuel and Paulina Bacule in barangay Cabad, Balilihan. It is the house which some Balilihan barangay officials helped build for the couple for free. According to Balilihan mayor Pureza Chatto there were 5 LED lights installed in the said home powered via the solar panels. The panel is provided for free by Junior “Walkman” Abonete, Gerry Santomin and the Tropang Gising group of Congressman Edgar. The group served the solon when he was the Governor of Bohol. They were inspired by the bayanihan spirit that Mayor Chatto initiated for the Bacule couple. Contributed photo
