BEAUTIFUL NEWSMAKERS, INFLUENTIAL LEADERS AND GORGEOUS LADIES IN SOCIETY

Women’s Month celebration has just culminated. We present to you some of the women personalities of the province recognized by The Bohol Tribune as newsmakers in their localities and their respective communities considering the contribution they are doing in their fields of service. They are women who have been generating interest among readers as their activities are seen as newsworthy content. They wield strong influence in Boholano society and each time they speak or even post information on social media, they generate followership from the  reading public in particular and the netizens in general. They are from left: Cong. Kristine Alexie Tutor and news stories about her projects can be read on the front page and on page 21; Balilihan Mayor Pureza Chatto and stories about her initiatives are found on page 22; Panglao Mayor Leonila Montero and stories about how indefatigable she is, are printed on page 23 ; Mayor Miriam Sumaylo of Dauis who carries our banner story today as she leads the League of Municipalities, Bohol Chapter;  Tagbilaran City’s First Lady Jane Yap whose “Gugma Tagbilaran” project is fast capturing each heart of the Tagbilaranon (see story on page 8).  Contributed photos
