Police, PDEA seize P2.7M worth of suspected shabu

Elements of Panglao police and police operatives from the Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) together with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Bohol seized P2.7 million worth of suspected shabu from a high value target on April 3, 2021 at barangay Tawala according to police reports.
The same report said that the two law enforcement agencies conducted the April 3, 2021  buy bust operation  in the evening of Saturday where the law enforcers arrested a certain Vincent Vicente, 39, originally from Getafe, Bohol, who is tagged by law enforcers as a high value target.
Seized from the suspect are four pieces of large heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with a total weight of 400 grams with a street value of P 2.7 million based on the estimates of the Dangerous Drugs Board.
The suspect is now in police custody and faces charges of violation of the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
