Dr. Josephine Jabonillo, the chief of hospital of the Cong. Simeon Torribio Memorial Hospital in Carmen town, shows the medallion and certificate that she received from the Philippine Medical Association (PMA). She is cited as Most Outstanding Physician for Bohol. She told The Bohol Tribune that each year, the local PMA chapter, in this case, the Bohol Medical Society (BMS), names its Most Outstanding Physician, which is then submitted to the PMA. Jabonillo said that members of good standing and former presidents of local chapters of the PMA are cited as outstanding physicians.
