Critic bares another exposè re Capitol lights, sounds rental deal

Staunch Bohol administration critic Willy Ramasola just this Friday morning, April 9, 2021 posted on his facebook wall an information regarding the lights and sound rental deal entered into by and between the Bohol provincial government and a service provider.

In his post, Ramasola described the deal as “problematic”. The deal involves the rental of lights and sound system worth P129,000 by the provincial government with a company allegedly owned by Asst. Provincial Agriculturist Larry Pamugas.

Moreover, Ramasola claims that Pamugas sits as a member of the Bids and Awards Committee and the purchase order allegedly signed by Gov. Arthur Yap and Provincial Administrator Kathyrin Pioquinto.
