Man gets arrested for alleged acts of lasciviousness

A 60-year-old man who is a wanted person reportedly was arrested by Duero police for alleged acts of lasciviousness by asking a minor to touch his private part in exchange for money, according to a police report.

Elements  of the Duero police and Criminal Investigation and Detection Group arrested a certain Reynaldo Tia at his residence in barangay Guinsularan, Duero on Thursday, April 8, 2021.

The police carried out the arrest by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Samuel Biliran of the Regional Trial Court Branch 50 in Loay.

The charge was filed against Tio who is allegedly charged for an act of lasciviousness that took place on Nov, 2020.

The bail is set at P180,000 for the provisional liberty of the suspect.
