BRINGING SERVICES CLOSER THAN EVER. Bohol’s HEART Caravan led by Governor Art Yap (photo 1) together with Inabanga Mayor Roygie Jumamoy (photo 2), Vice-Mayor Ronnie Jumamoy and the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) Members led by Jono Jumamoy visited Sua, Inabanga on April 10, 2021. This event, as shown in the photo, was also attended by the barangay officials and residents of Cambitoon, Banahao, Maria Rosario, Bahan, Lomboy, Dagnawan, San Jose, Sua and Riverside (photo 3). Government services from Office of the Provincial Veterinarian (OPV), Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO), Office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development (OPSWD), Medical Outreach Unit (MOU), Education Center, Bohol Environment Management Office (BEMO), PNP and 47th Infantry Battalion are offered free to the people. During the event, SB Member Jumamoy, former Board Member Jaja Jumamoy and the Board Members led the distribution of 10-kilo rice packs (photo 4) to the families of the 9 barangays. Medicines and vitamins (photo 6), medical check-ups (photo 7) and haircuts (photo 8) were among the services provided. During this event, Governor Yap also turned over ₱4,000.00 to each Day Care Worker and ₱25,000 to each Punong Barangay of said 9 barangays for their valuable contributions even during this pandemic. INB’S LAUNCHES LAUM BOHOL. teamINABANGA led by Mayor Roygie Jumamoy (photo 1) together with Sangguning Bayan (SB) Members Jono Jumamoy (photo 2), Perlas Milloria, Cesar Bautista and Tian Cempron (photo 3) in partnership with Governor Arthur Yap (photo 4) and Vice-Governor Rene Relampagos (photo 5) successfully held the April 10, 2021 launching of LAUM Bohol in Inabanga held at the Inabanga Gym. 200 Youth Leaders (photo 6) from 50 barangays actively participated in the event led by Sangguniang Kabataan Federated President Jhason Rey Gucor and Local Youth Development Officer Ronelo Mellomida. Governor Yap, in his message, gave his utmost importance to the youth sector in these trying times. Vice-Governor Relampagos expressed hope that the program will inspire the youth to have a better future. Meanwhile, Mayor Jumamoy expressed her gratitude to the provincial government for bringing the activity to the town while former Board Member Jaja Jumamoy (photo 7) said that he believes that dreams do come true with the right attitude and discipline. LAUM Bohol which has five sub-components, AMOMA, ABIBA, DAYAG, DUWA ug BANSAY, aims to address the mental health issues of Inabangnons (photo 8 ) and the Boholanos in general through multi-sectoral response.
