Second district Rep. Erico Aristotle Aumentado told First District Cong. Edgar Chatto to run for another term as governor of Bohol and the former will support the latter’s gubernatorial aspirations, if any.
This was the revelation of Aumentado during an exclusive interview over NEWSMAKERS on Wednesday, Apr. 21, 2021 hosted by Ardy Araneta-Batoy and Dave Albarado.
However, Cong. Aris said that his statement to Cong. Chatto was meant to be a JOKE.
The second district solon told the first district solon that should the latter run for governor, Chatto can count on Aumentado’s support and they can unite their respective forces.
Moreover, Aumentado bared that he had a chance to convey his message to Chatto during the visit of Transportation Sec. Arthur Tugade on Apr. 14, 2021 at the Tagbilaran City Tourist Seaport.
As for Chatto’s reply: the first district solon only “smiled”, Aumentado revealed.
