DISTRIBUTION OF STARTER TOOLKITS. The graduates of Carpentry NC II course in Calape town receive their starter tool kits during a turnover rite at the Calape Gym on April 25, 2021. The office of Cong. Edgar Chatto facilitated the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The provision of toolkits ensure that graduates of the Carpentry training course can make full use of their learned skill and earn a living out of it.
