BFP Tagb probes the fire that razed an eatery in Dao

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Tagbilaran is continuing with its probe on the fire that razed an eatery located on the second floor in the building inside the Integrated Bus Terminal (IBT) in barangay Dao the other day, May 4, 2021.

Reports say the arson probers are still determining the cause of the fire that caused at least P10,000 worth of damage to an eatery owned by a. certain Ramil Escalera.

Reports add that the fire did not spread to other establishments in the said floor as the firefighters were able to control the fire.

In the same report, Senior Fire Officer 1 Richen Roslinda said that the Tagbilaran Fire Station received the fire alarm at around 9 p.m. on Tuesday and declared a fire out around 9:20 pm with at least three (3) fire trucks joining forces to extinguish the fire.

No person was reported injured in relation to the said fire, Roslinda bared.
