These graduates of the Wellness Massage NC II under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) all received their toolkits during a ceremonial distribution at the Panglao Municipal Gym on April 23. Cong. Edgar Chatto facilitated the scholarship program in partnership with TESDA to equip scholars with skills that will enable them to earn their own livelihood. The toolkits include a scrub suit, infra red thermometer, face masks, bath and face towel, a BP apparatus placed in individual storage containers.
