Do you see your set or teeth no longer looking nice? Have you lost teeth through the years? Are your teeth decaying badly? Do your teeth give you an underbite or overbite? Do you wish having a nice set of teeth just like what the celebrities have?

Then it is probably time to see an aesthetic or cosmetic dentist.

We cannot deny that dentistry exists because of the idea of having a beautiful smile.

However, there are some procedures which are more about form than function.

Orthodontics, has aesthetic benefits to it but teeth whitening or applying veneers is more for beauty than putting on braces as a way to correct your bite.

Aesthetic or cosmetic dentistry is the type of dentistry that may help you get a nice smile and even improve the functions of your teeth like improved bite.

Aesthetic dentistry is more focused on the improvement of your teeth’s appearance and not necessarily the function.
