RESULTS OF A VALUABLE PARTNERSHIP. Mayor Roygie Jumamoy (photo 1) together with Governor Art Yap (photo 2), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) 7 Regional Executive Director Paquito D. Melicor (photo 3) and DENR-7 Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services Charlie E. Fabre (photo 4) lead the Integrated Natural Resources and Environmental Management Project (INREMP) Turnover and Acceptance Ceremony of Completed Natural Resources Management (NRM), Rural Infrastructure (RI) & Livelihood Enhancement Support (LES-1) Subproject and Forest Land Use Plan (FLUP) Ceremonial Signing on April 30, 2021 at Inabanga Gym. Earlier that day, a flagship RI project was turned over to barangay Ilaya, and this was the 2.552-kilometer ₱20 million Ilaya-to-Datag Farm-to-Market Road (photo 5) in which teamINABANGA counterparted ₱5 million. Various NRM and LES projects (photo 6) were also turned over to People’s Organizations located inside the Wahig-Inabanga Watershed. The event was witnessed by DENR regional and provincial officers and employees, Bohol provincial officials, former Board Member Capt. Jaja Jumamoy and Punong Barangays and Presidents of 12 beneficiary PO’s. (Inabanga Communications and News Service / ICoNS)
