Loon mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos (center, first row) poses with the farmers of the said town when the latter received their certificates of completion for their attendance in the agricultural training. The farmers participated in the so-called “School on Air” agricultural training on corn production via a radio program over dyTR for the entire month of April 2021. The program is a project conducted by the Agricultural Training Institute of the Department of Agriculture in cooperation with the Municipal Agricultural Office of Loon town.
