Last year’s pageant had to be shelved due to the pandemic.
In 2019, Zozibini Tunzi had become the first black woman from South Africa to win the Miss Universe crown.
Moreover, Meza competed with 73 other beautiful women from all over the world.
Meanwhile, Brazil’s Julia Gama is the first runner-up, Peru’s Janick Maceta is the second runner-up while India’s Adline Castelino and Dominican Republic’s Kimberly Perez are third runner-up and fourth runner-up, respectively.
