An identified drug personality and a registered nurse were arrested by a composite team of law enforcers led by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) after a bust operation on Tuesday evening, May 18, 2021, according to reports.
The same report says the said anti-drug operation was conducted in barangay Dao.
Operatives from the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit and Tagbilaran City Police Station also joined the said operation, the report also reveals.
The suspects were identified by the PDEA as Limar T. Epong, the identified drug personality, 29, and Jay Edwin G. Flor, 47, who is a registered nurse.
Confiscated during the said operation were eleven (11) packs of suspected shabu weighing around 2 grams with a market value of P13,600, buy-bust money, cell phone, various drug paraphernalia, and several empty sachets with traces of suspected shabu, the same report bares
As this developed, cases for the violation of Sections 5, 11, and 12, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects shortly.
