Is it possible for an appointed official to go on an equipment ‘buying spree’ even if the the said procured pieces of equipment are not being fully utilized and are lying idle in one corner of the room? Ug tinuod ni, nganong namalit man ni ug daghan? Aron naay com nga ma-comcom?

The Bohol Tribune will dig deeper into the veracity of this statement especially if the said equipment are like white elephants, unused and just stocked waiting for someone to ‘discover’ them.

It this is true, why in the first place were these equipment procured? Was there no study as to the need of these equipment? Was there no proper deliberation among the members of the MANCOM, EXECOM or whatever MAKUMKUM diha maoy hinungdan nga gipamalit ning maong mga kahimanan?

This situation leads us to ask:  What is the reason behind the purchase of equipment when these are only gathering dust in one area or maybe in the house of the “WHO”?

Is this official involved in a bidding process so that right after the bidding, the pocket goes thick and thicker and thickest? Remember, people have eyes ready that ‘look into’; noses that sniff what is pungent; and ears that  listen to loud whispers. .

Anyway, if I were the official concerned, to clear the coast, i will simply say, “By virtue of the power vested in me, I will remove you from the MANCOM, OR EXECOM aron makapadayon ko sa pagKUMKUM.

Again, the demand comes into the open: LIFESTYLE CHECK, PLEASE!.
