Gov expresses gratitude to Lt. Col. Tabudlo’s service to Boholanos

Gov. Arthur Yap expressed his utmost gratitude to Lt. Col. Allan J Tabudlo as the former commends the latter for his exceptional service for the Boholanos, according to a report from the Provincial Information and Media Relations (PRIMER) office.

The governor relayed his appreciation to Tabudlo during a send-off ceremony in the latter’s honor held at the Loon Municipal Hall on Thursday, May 27, 2021.

“You are the first 47th IB Commander that I have worked with intimately and closely. And in that time that we worked together, you have proven yourself to be an officer and a gentleman in many ways”, Yap said.

Tabudlo is replaced by Lt. Col. Allyson Depayso as the commanding officer of the 47th Infantry Battalion (IB).

The governor also commended Tabudlo for his exceptional service and for successfully defending the province against armed elements of the CPP-NPA .

It can be remembered that a clash between suspected New People’s Army (NPA) and government troops took place on May 25, 2021 at barangay Cabacnitan, Bilar town.

Furthermore, Tabudlo was presented a plaque of appreciation from the Provincial Government of Bohol, a Congressional Plaque of Merit from the Office of Cong. Edgar Chatto and a resolution passed by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan led by Vice-Governor Rene Relampagos.
