First district Rep. Edgar Chatto (extreme left) participates in the distribution of wages for beneficiaries of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program in Maribojoc town. First district Cong. Edgar Chatto engages in a virtual meeting regarding the implementation of the Private Education Student Financial Assistance (PESFA) program of the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA). According to the office of Chatto, around 20 students from the first district are beneficiaries of the PESFA program and will be taking the Housekeeping course.
