The Bohol Integrated Development Foundation Inc. (BIDEF) conducted from June 7-10, 2021, the Contingency Planning (CP) Workshop for the towns of Loay, Loboc, and Sevilla at Panda Tea Garden Suites, barangay Dao, a press release said.
It was facilitated by authorized representatives from Office of Civil Defense – Region 7 (OCD-R7), the same press release bared.
The workshop aims to capacitate the local government unit (LGU) in terms of their knowledge, attitude, and skills that are essential in the formulation of their plans that are responsive to the needs in an event of a disaster scenario.
The workshop was participated by selected head of offices and elected officials of the said towns.
This activity is part of the on-going implementation of the project “Disaster Risk Reduction Initiatives in Vulnerable Areas Toward Effective Governance and Resilient Communities or DR²ILLS.
