Private school stakeholders create new FB page

The private education sector launched its new Facebook page to support and continue to exhaust all administrative, legislative and judicial remedies to correct and stop the implementation of Bureau or Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue Regulation (RR) No. 5-2021.

The new FB page can be accessed at https://www.facebook.com/SavePrivateEducation

The move is done to create awareness on behalf of the private education institutions affected, including  their many stakeholders such as parents, students, faculty, alumni and small enterprises dependent on private school operations, to spare those affected from the destructive consequences of the said BIR regulation including the possible closure of more private schools.

The public can help by using the hashtag #SavePrivateEducation and by following and sharing the official FB page https://www.facebook.com/SavePrivateEducation

The public can further help by making the FB page’s posts viral by sharing and liking so other people can follow and like the page and take action.

Moreover, the people behind the page are also asking the public to share the FB page in other social networks such as FB messenger, FB groups and the member school’s official website or FB page.

The organizers are urging the public to take action to follow and share the said FB page today.
