Tubigon mayor William Jao (inset) reports that the local government unit (LGU) of his town distributed bags of inbred rice seeds to the following barangays: 51 bags to 29 farmers from barangay Cahayag; 41 bags to 27 farmers from barangay Pinayagan Sur; 24 bags to 16 farmers from barangay Pinayagan Norte; and 23 bags to 16 farmers from barangay Pandan.
