Victor Del Rosario (right, standing) meet during the payout of wages for the 194 beneficiaries of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program in barangay Dao, Tagbilaran City. The meeting took place on July 2, 2021. These 194 Boholanos were given temporary work for 10 days and received a total wage of P4,040.
