Balilihan mayor Pureza Chatto (standing) leads the ceremonial turnover of gift packs for the town’s senior citizens. The gifts were handed to the senior citizens by the Balilihan Social Welfare Office headed by Salvemee Dinal. Balilihan mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (seated) is all smiles as she presides over the Local Finance Committee meeting. Among the agenda dicusssed in the meeting were: hiring of Kalahi community facilitators and their wages, the hiring of Matrix Intensive Outpatient Program (MIOP) interventionists and their wages, emergency procurement for the waterworks system, and regular procurement of items for the quick response against Coronavirus disease (Covid).
