Town News – Panglao

Panglao mayor Leonila Montero (inset) speaks during the open forum at the beachfront of Alona Kew White Beach. She answered questions from the public regarding the closure of the stretch of Alona Beach that started on July1, 2021 until July 15, 2021. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Environment Management Bureau (EMB) are conducting scientific procedures at the shoreline to ensure safety to beachgoers and those engaging in picnics.
