Gov. Arthur Yap led on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, land titles distribution activity to residents of Clarin town, a report from the Provincial Information and Media Relations (PRIMER) says.

The said report reveals that around 146 residents each received land titles in an activity attended by the governor.

The residents benefited from the free titling program, which is a joint undertaking of the Provincial Government, Register of Deeds and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

The provincial government allots around P3.5 million for the free land titling program, the PRIMER report adds.

In another development, Yap met with Barangay Livestock Aides (BALA) of Clarin town as the governor distributed the honoraria to the latter in simple ceremonies.

Aside from the governor, other officials in attendance in the said events in Clarin were Clarin mayor Eugene Ibarra, former Board Members Jaja Jumamoy and Agapito Avenido, and personnel from the DENR led by Provincial Environment and Natural Resources (PENRO) officer-in-charge Ariel Rica among others.
