DONATING BLOOD SAVES LIVES. teamINABANGA under the leadership of Mayor Roygie Jumamoy (photo 2) together with Nurse IV Ma. Rolinda J. Melecio of the Inabanga Department of Public Health (photo 2) presides over the coordination meeting with the Department of Health-7 (DOH) officers for the planned blood donation activity on July 14, 2021 to be held at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall. The team (photo 3) from DOH-7 is composed of Regional National Voluntary Blood Services Program (NVBSP) Coordinator Jocelyn Tabotabo, Regional Donor Recruitment Officer (DRO) Trisha Nicole Talili, Development Management Officer Simplicio Torreon and Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital DRO Patrick Geoffrey Visarra. The team discussed the importance of donating blood in line with Republic Act No. 7719, also known as the National Blood Service Act of 1994, that promotes voluntary blood donations to provide sufficient supply of safe blood and to regulate blood banks.
