2nd District Solon relays info on recent project
Second District Rep. Erico Aristotle Aumetado (inset) turns over a health and birthing center to barangay Eastern Cabul-an in Buenavista town to ensure safe deliveries for women. Most islands depend on rain to augment their meager water supply hence, the health/birthing center is also equipped with a rain harvester and collector, which are placed along the roof edges.
