The distribution was done right after the State of Province Address (SOPA) of Gov. Arthur Yap on July 23, 2021. Duallo said Buenavista town gets 120 vials of the said vaccine brand, enough for 600 doses. The vaccines will be administered to senior citizens, persons with comorbidities and overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). The vaccines will be administered by the Rural Health Unit of Buenavista.
