Panglao mayor Leonila Montero (standing, holding a microphone) presided over a meeting which was attended by all Punong Barangays of the said town, The meeting was also attended by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan discussing this year’s edition of the Hudyaka sa Panglao festival that will be held on August 28, 2021. The upcoming Hudyaka sa Panglao is the 36th edition of the said festival, which coincides with the feast day of St. Augustine of Hippo. The organizers intend to skip the street-dancing competition portion to avoid mass gatherings with the performances of the participants will be presented virtually.
