Teaser No. 13: Is a top town official in hot water?

It seems that following the developments that transpired in the past few days, a top town official might be in hot water or could be placing him/herself in hot water.

The top town official is allegedly committing one blunder over another. He/she is making things worse by pretending nothing wrong is happening.

For this reason, we are asking the following questions:

  1. Why does a top town official allow the operation of a certain establishment in his/her town that is perceived by many observers as a super spreader by allegedly disregarding health and safety protocol?
  1. Is it all right for this top town official to look the other way and pretend that no protocol violation is committed in his/her town even if there are already numerous reports posted by netizens pointing to the disregard of such violation exhibited by this top town official? Kung sa bagay, anad na man gud pud tingali ni siya kay diha usab kadtoy higayon dili pa lang dugay nga nahimong sumsuman usab ang usa ka ngosyo sa iyang dapit tungod lagi sa protocol violation. Apan nahilom man. NAA TINGALI GISANDIGAN NING MAONG top town official. Kinsa kaha? Anaa ba ning maong lungsod sa “honor roll” sa daghang na Covid?
  1. With the Delta variant threat looming, should people be worried that a top town official is letting the alleged protocol violation go unpunished?
  1. Is it true that this certain top town official allegedly would get angry and irritated if his/her town is discussed to be among the top towns in terms of the number of Coronavirus disease (Covid) cases?
  1. By the way, is there any possible violation regarding the use of tarpaulins where the likeness of a rumored candidate, linked to a top town official, is being presented as a fictional character even if the campaign season is yet to come?
  1. Is it appropriate for a rumored candidate who is associated with a top town official, to cast aspersions on his/her rumored opponent via depiction of another fictional character, while campaign period is still in October 2021?
  1. Is it true that this top town official is allegedly implicated with an operation that took advantage of the pressing need of people who are impacted by the pandemic?
  1. Is it true that this top town official allegedly pulled the stops to overprice the amount of a certain service which the people needed in cahoots with a private entrepreneur?
  1. Why does this top town official get irritated and pressured hence would raise his/her voice in irritation when asked questions about some concerns and issues regarding his/her brand of management?
  1. Was this not the same top town official who, months ago, was supposed to be on quarantine, but was seen in a big resort together with other top town officials, having dinner and a photo opportunity? Does anybody have a copy of the photo? Betcha by golly wow. . . . . .

These are just some of the questions that we are asking and if proven true could put the top town official in hot water or put  his/her town on the top list of the Covid case map because of his/her disregard to the protocol despite the looming threat of the Delta variant.
