Tubigon mayor William Jao (inset) revealed that the barangay local government unit (BLGU) of Cabulijan received its Safety Seal certificate following the inspection conducted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). Barangay Cabulijian is the first barangay in Tubigon to bag the said seal. The seal means the barangay is compliant with all health and safety standards designed to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus disease (Covid). The barangay received its seal on July 19, 2021.
