Bohol to receive 2 sea ambulances from DOH

The Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh) is set to receive two (2) units of sea ambulances from the Department of Health (DOH) following the approval by Vice Gov. Rene Lopez Relampagos and the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the resolution that gives authority to Gov. Arthur Yap to sign the Deed of Donation 

The SP gave the go signal to the governor to sign the Deed of Donation on Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021, during the August Body’s regular session, according to a report from the SP.

Relampagos said the donation is another good news to the province because with these two new assets, Bohol will have a better capability in responding to the needs of the people especially those living on the island barangays. 

He further said that the two sea ambulances are the first of its kind here in Bohol and acquiring such kind of assets is something that is new to Bohol.
