Gov. Arthur Yap personally turned over the financial assistance to Garcia Hernandez barangay captains on Aug. 16, 2021 in a ceremony held at the Capitol, according to a report from the Provincial Information and Media Relations office (PRIMER).

The governor turned over P100,000 each to barangay Cagwang, Cupa, Datag, East Lungsodaan, Manaba and Pasong.

The financial assistance is for the waterworks projects of the said barangays.

Likewise, the governor also talked about the various programs of the provincial government during the meeting.

He also gave the Garcia-Hernandez barangay captains of the Coronavirus disease (Covid) situation in Bohol.

The governor emphasized the need to shun away from using home isolation as a means to manage active Covid cases.

The governor was accompanied in the said activity by Vice Gov. Rene Relampagos, Board Member Jade Bautista, Board Member Jescelo Adiong, and Vice Mayor Miguelito Galendez.
